Reed Finance is on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner to join our client’s team in Glasgow City Centre. The main responsibilities the position entails are:

• Serve as a strategic business partner to various business units, providing financial insights and guidance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness

To be considered for the role, you must possess the following:

• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
