Finance Business Partner – salary up to £70k plus benefits - Glasgow
Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to make a strategic impact?
We have been retained by one of our clients in the service sector to source a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join their team. This new role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with key business leaders, providing financial insights and driving strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide tailored financial support.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Decision Support: Provide timely and accurate financial insights to inform critical business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead and support financial aspects of key business initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools) and advanced Excel skills.
- Qualifications: Ideally fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ICAS.
