As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the aligned business unit's financial strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence.

The Role

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights.

• Producing detailed management information, cash flow forecasts, and providing comprehensive commentary on results.

• Leading the preparation of annual budgets and forecasting plans.

• Driving performance management, including daily tracking and margin leadership metrics.

• Collaborating with business leadership teams to support strategic initiatives.

• Enhancing the control environment by working with commercial and operational teams on root cause analysis and resolution.

• Conducting site visits to build partnerships.

About You

• ICAS/ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.

• Proven success as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Manager.

• Excellent ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate financial insights clearly.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• A proven track record in driving improvements and delivering value-added insights.
