Recruitment Profile

Scottish Borders Integration Joint Board (IJB) is looking to appoint a temporary Finance Business Partner to provide sickness absence cover for an initial six-month period.


Scottish Borders IJB faces a significant financial challenge and is looking to develop its long term financial plan and recovery plan in alignment with the IJBs strategic framework.

 

The postholder will operate as a finance business partner, working with members of the Integration Board and Health & Social Care Partnership leadership team to help develop and implement an updated financial strategy and to support transformational change within the partnership.
The postholder will report to the Chief Finance Officer and will assist them in the preparation of financial plans, business cases and regular monitoring reports, as well as providing financial analysis and modelling to individual projects and change programmes.
This post would suit an experienced management accountant or business partner looking to gain experience working with senior leadership across health and social care, providing corporate financial reporting at Board level, and developing financial modelling in support of service transformation.
