Full Job Description

This role is a full time, permanent appointment. This is an exciting opportunity to join the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer department as a Finance Business Partner. This is a specialised service which focuses on dealing with ownerless property in Scotland. You will work closely with the newly appointed Chief Finance Officer, tracking KLTR's cash flow, providing budget management, financial reporting as well as analysing our operational trends and patterns. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your existing financial knowledge and analytical skills to learn the role finance has within the Civil Service. This is a hybrid working role, with the home office being in Victoria Quay, Edinburgh, where office attendance is required twice a week. The team have a core office day on Wednesday which encourages team collaboration. There will also be an expectancy that you may occasionally need to travel.
