Finance & Compliance Administrator- Glasgow As a finance & compliance administrator you will use your talents to create innovative solutions and shape the future across our business.   • Management of customer non-standard processes/billings.
  • Maximising profitability of files by using FRP reporting to ensure accurate billings, analyse/resolve issues and prevent revenue leakage
  • Support and facilitate all H&S, Quality, Security, Aviation Security audits
  • Contractor management& compliance. Maintenance of contractor insurance, risk assessments, method statements
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to the 'First Choice' continuous improvement program
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations & reporting
  • Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Preferred two or more years' experience with administrate work
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C or above - or equivalent desirable.
  • Basic understanding of finance & accounting.
  • Results driven and good attention to details
  • Clear and concise communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to follow processes with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to support a culture of continuous improvement.
