Full Job Description
As Finance Data Analyst, you will be solely responsible for setting up and maintaining housing stock data quality checks and monthly reconciliations. You will produce rents and service charge financial and statistical analysis, required for financial and regulatory reporting and establishing and maintaining procedural guides.
You will require a methodical approach requiring accuracy and good attention to detail.

About the department:
As a Finance Data Analyst you will form part of the Finance Department.
The wider Finance department is split between Ashton-Under-Lyne (Head Office), and Leigh (WN7) and is a progressive, forward thinking department to work in, made up of over 100 people. The finance department is responsible for all financial functions across the Group.
