Finance Executive

This company is looking for a Finance Executive to join the team and would suit a candidate looking for a varied role in finance. This role requires a candidate who is highly numerate and organised with great attention to detail.

Job

The role of Finance Executive will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Processing supplier payments according to business terms
• Tracking overdue balances and resolving payment issues as needed
• Managing invoicing, payments, and financial reporting
• Identifying and addressing low-margin booking issues
• Recording corporate card payments to suppliers and handling customer refunds
• Leading system fault resolutions and contributing to improvement initiatives
• Ensuring accurate inventory and pricing setup in the booking system
• Assisting the Finance Director with new system implementation, account reconciliations, management accounts, and brainstorming new ideas

You

As a Finance Executive, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping
• Strong background in financial accounting
• Extensive accounts payable experience
• Ability to collaborate within a team and resolve queries efficiently and accurately
• Familiarity with Xero software is an advantage
