Full Job Description
Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a full time (36.25 hours per week) Financial Inclusion Officer, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £30,680 - £33,769 per annum.
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Income Team at CCHA. Our Financial Inclusion Officer post sits within a professional and customer focused team which is responsible for ensuring that income to the association is maximised, through effectively supporting income maximisation for our residents, enabling them to pay their rent.
As a Financial Inclusion Officer, we are looking for candidates with skills and experiences that include a can-do attitude and solution focused approach, with excellent communication skills and experience of front-line support to provide an excellent service to customers. You would be responsible for supporting residents in sustaining their tenancies - from carrying out pre-tenancy assessments, to completing benefit checks and making claims, to enable payment of rent and priority bills.
