Full Job Description

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Junior / Assistant based in Dyce, Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis, with Hybrid working available.


Working with our longstanding client, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well established company, working with a friendly and supportive team.

Main duties include:

  • Process approved invoices onto relevant accounting software
  • Track invoice queries and respond to supplier queries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Review and reconciliate monthly supplier statements
  • Reconciliate monthly credit card spend including collation of supporting documentation
  • Ensure supplier forms are received and up to date, requesting new forms where required
  • Maintain and assist in managing with the shared Accounts Mailbox during holidays and sickness
  • Reception cover during holidays and sickness
  • Other finance administration responsibilities as they arise and skill set accommodates - primarily in assisting the Financial Controller with data collation during the Group Audit

Suitable candidates should have the following:

  • An interest in a Finance or Accounts based role
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Competent in Excel and confident in ability to learn to operate various IT and accounting software packages
  • Effective communication and organisational skills, and a strong team player

‍Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
