Finance Manager

Our client, with an international footprint, and based to the south side of Aberdeen are looking to recruit a Finance Manager into a senior management role encompassing financial controlling, financial reporting and project management responsibilities for the Aberdeen site.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the weekly and monthly preparation of consistent operational reporting to all levels of management across operations
• Drive the process of standardisation within the business system and the use of the system in day-to-day business processes.
• Manage and review capital expenditure allocation across sites, as well as the approval process
• Improve the accuracy of category reporting and daily monitoring of stock levels
• Highlight and investigate the site's operational performance.
• Oversee the evaluation of operational budgets and forecasts.
• Examine ad hoc reporting for the company/external parties
• Create, implement, and continuously improve standard business tools and financial performance reporting to provide accurate, timely, and consistent information.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with the Group Finance organisation and other Group functions
• Controlling specific cost areas
• Coaching of local finance and administration teams
• Ensure compliance with Group policies by local site finance and administration teams within operational site performance.
