Job Summary:

As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing financial operations, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in transactional finance, leading a team and a passion for optimising processes within a fast-paced environment.

As Finance Manager, you will be involved in, but not limited to:

• Lead and manage the operational finance team to ensure efficient financial management and reporting.
• Support senior management with strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and optimise financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Years of experience in a finance management role, with a focus on operational finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

On offer:

This is a permanent full-time role based in Glasgow, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a salary of up to £48,000, with bonus and flexible working. This role will also offer ample growth opportunities as the business grows.
