Your new company
Our client, a growing international business, has an exciting new job opportunity for a qualified accountant to join them as Finance Manager.

Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Director, your role will be varied and responsibilities will include:

  • Taking overall ownership and accountability for three of the legal entities within the group.
  • Managing the statutory external audits.
  • Assisting with the mandatory regulatory internal audits.
  • Reviewing the annual corporate tax computations.
  • Managing the quarterly VAT filing process.
  • Monitoring regulatory capital and performing monthly calculations.
  • Working closely with Legal & Compliance team to ensure we are complying with all regulatory requirements.
  • Working in tandem with the Financial Controller and the accounting team to help produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
  • Helping with the preparation of monthly management reporting packs.
  • Assisting with the Group's intercompany process.
  • Assisting with the global budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Assisting with the implementation of the transfer pricing policy for the group.
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc projects, as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of working in a similar varied role and will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.You will possess a blend of financial and management accounting experience coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
