Finance Manager

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading service sector business to recruit a Finance Manager that will supervise a small team of 3 and play an active part in key projects and continuous finance process improvement. 

The role will involve partnering with key stakeholders and leaders across the business, providing key analysis, review and challenge on various country entities accounts, reports, budgets and forecasts. You will be required to enhance key relationships, particularly with non-finance staekholders.

Business as usual responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly and final year reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow forecasting and projections
• FX reconciliations, analysis of movements.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the team, highlighting progressive and development opportunities for the team
• Business partnering with various business functions across the business (finance and non-finance)
• Encourage a culture of motivation to work and deliver in a fast paced environment
• Project SME for various initiatives across the finance division
• Foster a positive culture for business process improvement across your team

The role reports to a Senior Manager with a global remit covering many jurisdictions.

Ideally, you will be qualified (ACCA, CIMA or CA), however qualified by experience candidates maybe considered, provided they can demonstrate strong/direct people management experience, ideally within a large company.
