Full Job Description

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Portfolio Analyst, a 3 month contract inside of IR35. Please note there will be hybrid working with onsite work required in either Perth or Glasgow. Daily rate available of 350 - 400 a day. This role requires strong finance management.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Portfolio Coordinator(s) with the day to day financials for all teams.
Cost management, tracking monthly actuals v forecasts
General accounting experience and financial fundamentals
Supporting the teams with raising Purchase Orders, receipting, financial queries, tracking and supporting the budget cycle process
Reporting
Onboarding and leaving activities for the department
Supporting the Leadership team for the various key workshops, meetings and organisation.

Experience Required:

Proficient in MS Office suite skills, in particular Excel
Familiarity with Agile ways of working and ideally Azure Devops/Jira
Good financial understanding of month end processing, raising purchase orders and budget cycle process
Proficient in all O365 products with PowerBI/SharePoint O365 including PowerApps and Forms and other reporting tools as a bonus.
