Full Job Description

  • Provide advice and expertise to Business Partners, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) for current and upcoming functionality.
  • Identify financial and operational risks and recommend solutions or mitigations.
  • Analyse data, including charts and tables to support proposal presentations and design decisions.
  • Support of EIB processes and similar tools.
  • Configure, Test Validate and implement Process changes in Workday.
  • Identify robust Finance and payroll testing scenarios and user stories.
  • Fully involved in testing process blueprints for all functional areas.
  • Contribute to the Workday training content for SMEs and Internal Workday specialists.

    We are hiring a motivated Finance Systems Analyst.
  • This role requires someone with systems knowledge who can decode complex requirements and define design blueprints for design, change data and integrations. Will be comfortable in the evaluation of iterative designs and be proactive in proposing adaptations to achieve the optimum processes for data and user flows. They will have robust problem-solving skills, able to prioritise and manage expectations. Working closely with internal colleagues the role will principally support the Finance configuration.,
  • Strong IT skill set with advanced experience in Microsoft applications.
  • Financial awareness (understands key financial principles).
  • A credible individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
