Financial Accountant

FinTech Recruitment Solutions is working with a private-equity-backed group who are looking to recruit a Qualified Accountant into the role of Financial Accountant.

This position will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group finance team by assisting with reporting, analysis and controls. This role will allow the successful candidate to gain exposure and experience within a global environment dealing with consolidations and controls.

Key duties:

• Support with the accounting for nominated entities
• Analysis of actuals to budget and investigate key variances
• Be a business partner to cost centre owners, presenting financial insights, and allowing them to manage budgets effectively
• Play an active part in monthly reporting within the group
• Assist with monthly consolidation reporting

Applicants should be fully qualified whilst having a can-do attitude. This role is well suited to candidates either from a practice or industry background.
