Financial Administrator

We're excited to welcome a new Financial Administrator to join our friendly finance team at our Head Office in Uddingston.

This is a fully office-based role.

What You'll be Doing

• Processing subcontractor applications for all Group Companies.



• Handling queries from subcontractors regarding applications and payments.


• Preparing and maintaining excel spreadsheets in Excel


• Creating weekly and monthly payment sheets for sign off


• Helping with general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing and scanning.



• Taking on additional tasks as needed from your line manager
  
  Ideally, previous experience working in Sub-contract or Purchase ledger.


• Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.


• Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and suppliers


• An ability to stay organised and meet deadlines, even with minimal supervision.


• Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft packages


• Comfortable working to sometimes tight deadlines.
