Financial Planning Analysis Manager

Reed Finance are delighted to be exclusively engaged with one of our key clients to support in securing a strong qualified accountant to join the business on an initial 9-month Fixed Term Contract as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is pivotal in a growing business environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience Management Accounting, Strong with Excel and effective business partnering skills. My client is looking for a hands-on qualified accountant who can start quickly.

Key Duties

• Taking ownership of the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast process
• Maintaining responsibility for elements of monthly management reporting and analysis
• Enhancing the functionality of the long-term financial model
• Conducting supply chain analysis with a focus on cost reduction in conjunction with operations
• Managing the cash forecasting process
• Providing financial modelling and review for bids as required, in support or conjunction with the financial analyst

Candidate

• Qualified Accountant with relevant post-qualification experience
• Ability to engage with senior executives and challenge when necessary
• Strong financial modelling skills and sharp analytical abilities
• Process-oriented with the ability to embrace and drive change to improve processes
