Eden Scott are currently supporting an accredited and Chartered financial planning firm to recruit for a Financial Planning Support to join their prestigious team. This is an exciting prospect for someone looking to further their career as Financial Planning Support and progress through industry exams. You will join a team based in Glasgow. Responsibilities:

The right candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks and services.

Responsible for accuracy of all files and client's records
Collating information to support financial planning processes
Ensuring client's enquiries have been dealt with accordingly.
Dealing with investments, life insurance and pension admin tasks when required.
Responsible for incoming post, emails and telephone calls.
Maintaining a high level of client confidentiality.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role. Experience using intelligent office is desirable. Exceptional communication, organisation and task management skills. Also being able to work independently as well as part of a team.
