Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting our longstanding client, a Firm of IFAs, to recruit for an IFA Administrator. You will be joing an established team supporting their Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.

FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

• Prepare client packs for meetings - new business packs (RTW) and or meeting review packs
• Answering telephone and email queries - clients and providers
• Adding new clients to and updating Inteliflo client records
• Sending new business to Providers by mail, email or processing direct on platform ensuring paperwork is completed in accordance with internal compliance requirements.
• Action client requests - usually withdrawals (accuracy required)
• Create and maintain work tasks via Intelliflo to maintain workflow is processed in timely manor
• Communicate with Providers for any outstanding documentation or information. On receipt of new policy check documentation accurate and send out to client.
• Prioritise and maintain workload
• General administration support for the IFAs
