Fitter Assembler

The company currently has a position for a fitter to work in the finishing area of the production line. Experience would be necessary for this position, but support and further training would be provided. Punctuality and good attendance is absolutely essential for this position as the company has critical delivery deadlines to meet. The correct applicant would also need to have a positive attitude and good work ethic.

Overtime is available every week and paid at a time and a half rate.

A £300 attendance bonus is paid monthly if the standard hours are all worked. To clarify this is a bonus for simply starting on time and coming to your work; attendance is that important to the company.

The annual holiday entitlement is 28 days with 20 flexible days.

Every winter hot meals are provided for lunch as part of the package.
