Full Job Description
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- To provide full procurement of fleet and plant parts, from agreed suppliers for all Divisions.
- To assist purchasing team for procurement of Quarry materials.
- Follow up on any supplier related issues in relation to quality and service.
- Liaise with all internal customers to fulfil their requirements.
- Obtain sufficient quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing for all goods and services.
- Source alternative parts as directed and evaluate costs as and when required.
- Collate all delivery notes for goods received in store/workshop and pass to purchasing admin team for processing.
- Carry out all administrative duties as required.
- Respond and deal with day-to-day requests from Workshops and fitters within the company in a friendly and supportive manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
