Full Job Description

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:


  • To provide full procurement of fleet and plant parts, from agreed suppliers for all Divisions.
  • To assist purchasing team for procurement of Quarry materials.
  • Follow up on any supplier related issues in relation to quality and service.
  • Liaise with all internal customers to fulfil their requirements.
  • Obtain sufficient quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing for all goods and services.
  • Source alternative parts as directed and evaluate costs as and when required.
  • Collate all delivery notes for goods received in store/workshop and pass to purchasing admin team for processing.
  • Carry out all administrative duties as required.
  • Respond and deal with day-to-day requests from Workshops and fitters within the company in a friendly and supportive manner.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
