Carry out electrical installations of Quantum Heating Upgrades and Gas /Oil central heating controls upgrades Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out Quantum Storage Heating installations and wiring of controls for gas heating systems. May be required to assist with PPM & reactive tasks across Aberdeenshire for the Electrical department when Reactive Heating Upgrades are quiet
- Installation of Quantum Storage heating
- Installation of heating controls for Gas and Oil heating upgrades
- Rewire of some properties as required along with the heating upgrade
- Fixed electrical testing
- Emergency lighting testing
- Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks within set time schedules
- Compliance with contractual requirements.
- Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.
- Responsibility for the undertaking and execution of all operations under their remit and reporting directly to Ricky James, Contracts Manager
- Identifying and implementing innovations to improve service delivery
- Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner, which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
- Ensuring, demonstrate, review and monitor compliance, to meet the expectation and needs of the Client, the quality and organisational goals of the company and satisfy the requirements of BS EN IS0 9001:2000
- Monitoring and professional oversight of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.
- Developing the competency of them through a commitment to continuing professional development.
- To maintain a driving license to remain mobile. Skills and knowledge
- Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks within set time schedules
- A Full driving licence.
- Experience in Portable appliance/Emergency lighting testing Hours of work will normally be Mon - Fri: 08.00 - 16:30
