FM Manager

Peace Recruitment are looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to join a major contractor based in Glasgow. You will ensure all statutory compliance, manage relationships with clients and contractors, and maintain the companies high standards in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site-based operatives and supply chain partners to ensure contract service levels.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee plant, equipment, and tools, ensuring COSHH compliance.
• Support health & safety audits and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and manage tasks raised via Help Desk, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations for all site works.
• Assist in training new staff and covering duties during absences.
• Manage lifecycle planning, reporting, and onboarding new suppliers.
• Monitor stock, COSHH requirements, and subcontractor service reports.

About You:

• Strong communication, management, and leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness in PFI, PPP, and related contracts.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Relevant degree (preferred) and managerial experience in Facilities Management.
