YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
+ To demonstrate the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality
+ Assist with the receiving and storage of goods
+ Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
+ Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including:
o Cleaning of equipment and maintaining glassware and china for service
o Preparation of service stations and tables
o Table service and the serving of beverages
o Recording of replacement stock
o Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
o Ordering and storage of minibar items
o Cellar Operations
+ Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
+ Attend and participate in briefings/meetings as scheduled
+ Demonstrate service attributes in line with industry expectations and company standards to include:
+ Maintain a high level of knowledge, which will enhance the guest experience
+ Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
+ Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
+ Be able to promote the hotel products and services
+ Demonstrate a good understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
+ Perform other tasks at the level of the role, as directed by your line manager, in pursuit of the achievement of business goals
