Full Job Description

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
+ To ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times by:
+ Complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company.
+ Promote the desired work culture around our company values.
+ Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
+ Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity and profit
+ Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
+ Deliver daily briefings and attends other food and beverage meetings as scheduled
+ Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar
+ Carrying out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role
+ Complying with hotel rules, regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
+ Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety

+ 2 years previous experience within a similar role within a hotel environment
+ Ability to supervise and direct a team
+ Strong communication skills
+ Self-motivated
+ Ability to plan and prioritise
+ Attention to detail
+ Flexible and adaptable approach
+ Able to work unsupervised
+ Customer Focus
+ Literate in computer technology
+ Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
