Full Job Description

Working as our Food and Beverage Training Manager, you'll maintain standards of service within the department in all aspects of the operation. Reporting directly to our Head of People, you will be responsible for all training activities, including planning, implementation and evaluation, measured via commercial success and guest feedback scores.

The structure of your training will be based upon four key areas: consistency in standards, service excellence, product knowledge and skill development.

A hands-on approach is crucial for the success in this role. As the F&B Training Manager, you will coach on-shift as a role model and guide teams and managers to improve by providing feedback.

This unique opportunity will see the successful candidate take on a Family-wide role, liaising with all seven of our hotels and their respective F&B managers to help them support and train their own teams.

We are looking for someone with a passion for the Food and Beverage industry, someone who strives to exceed customer expectations and is eager to coach their team to do the same. We have some exciting F&B developments coming up in 2025 and we need someone who will proactively lead the development of our teams through these changes.
