Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a Sales Consultant to join its thriving Food Market department based in our Edinburgh store. You will be working 24 hours on a 3 month fixed contract on a rota basis, including weekends., As a Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their luxury food dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5

You will:
• Provide expert advice on our Foodmarket or wine shop products whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering memorable customer experiences
• Be devoted to our customers by providing them the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via telephone or email
• Show we are obsessed with luxury food by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
• Handle all points of sales transactions and cashier work
• Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends.
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• You will be required to work weekends and evenings
