Food Service Assistant

Entier Ltd are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our growing Entier global family. This role will be based at a Heliport in Dyce, Aberdeen. Due to location of the site and limited bus service, this position would suit someone who holds a driving licence.

This position is for 40 hours per week:

Week one - Monday to Friday 05.30am to 13.30pm

Week two - Monday to Friday 08.00am to 16.00pm

Occasional weekend working based on a rota system may be required depending on flying schedules and weather delays.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

• Good communication skills to be able to liaise with a wide range of customers & clients.


• You will be required to set up breakfast service, cook breakfast and serve customers with a proactive approach required during delays. Reheat lunch offer that's cooked at the ENTIER Production kitchen, ensuring snack offer is cooked onsite and hot counter is fresh and always appealing to customers. We have a branded coffee offer, training will be given to ensure you prepare this offer. Retail displays are topped up and offer available.


• Company cleaning records and temperature records on company laptop, these must be completed daily.


• Till use and cashing up at the end of day.


• Cleaning of tables, equipment and help keeping kitchen and front of house clean.
  
  Team player and can-do attitude, who is self-motivated and able to use own initiative. A pro active approach is required for this role especially during delays.


• A willingness to learn new skills is also preferred.



• Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations within the employee handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.


• Customer service focused, ensuring the customers are served promptly and with a friendly and positive attitude.


• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.


• A pro-active approach to dealing with breakfast and lunch delays during busy periods.


We offer an excellent rate of pay at £12.35 per hour.
