Full Job Description

  • Evaluate and quantify economic damages, commercial litigation and remedies

  • Create high quality Expert Reports

  • Make strategic recommendations, identify issues, and communicate with the client and project team on the direction of the case.

  • Participate regularly Business Development and Networking opportunities in the local Dallas Area

  • Direct, review, and provide feedback on the work product and analyses of junior team members.

  • Communicate and lead meetings with counsel, clients, or other experts.

  • Prepare the testifying expert for deposition and trials.

  • Perform business development activities.

  • Deliver trainings and develop colleagues.

    A degree in a quantitative subject such as accounting, finance, economics, or business/management.

  • Minimum of 8 years of prior Forensic Accounting experience.

  • 3+ Years specifically focused in Valuation, Economic/Commercial Damages, and Litigation Support.

  • Experience and serious interest in supporting the business development and networking efforts.

  • One or more accounting or professional credentials (CPA, CFE, CFA, CLP)

  • Expert Testimony Experience highly preferred

  • Experience managing and staffing a team.

  • Ability to be in the office multiple days a week, including outside standard work hours for various business and networking initiatives.
