Full Job Description

  • Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children in your care

  • Promote the physical, emotional, and educational development of the children

  • Encourage positive relationships and support childrens connections with their birth families

  • Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child

  • Maintain accurate records and report on the progress and well-being of children

    Over the age of 21 years

  • Have a permanent spare bedroom

  • Have the right to remain in the UK

  • Genuine passion for improving the lives of children

  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different age groups and needs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Resilience and the ability to manage changing situations

  • Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting
