Job Title: FP&A Finance Manager – Cost Performance

Salary: Up to £61,500 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving Cost Performance across a £1 billion shipbuilding business through effective team management, engagement & challenge
• Facilitating decision making across senior stakeholders through excellent information provision
• Ensuring strategy alignment across short, medium & long-term forecasts
• Supporting key cross functional initiatives to deliver anticipated outcomes
• Management of a team of high performing professionals delivering high quality financial reporting information

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Fully qualified accountant, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
• Experience of managing people ideally in a hybrid/remote environment
• Ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders, and to challenge and influence as required

Desirable:

• Knowledge of SAP & Planning Analytics, alongside excellent presentation skills
• Demonstrable success in change delivery
