Front Of House Assistant

We\\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 18 hours per week.As a Front Of House Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all players, staff, and guests
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in dining areas, lounges, and meeting rooms
• Handle special dietary requests and ensure service aligns with nutritional requirements for players and staff
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas
• Set up and clear dining areas, meeting spaces, and other service areas efficiently
• Replenish food, beverages, and consumables in service areas as required
• Report any stock shortages to supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with kitchen, catering, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist with event and meeting setups, adapting to changing requirements quickly
  
  Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service role is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
