Front of House Reception Manager

Britannia Hotels is searching for a reception manager to join our team at Britannia Inn Glasgow.

Conveniently situated next to Charing Cross Train Station and near Glasgow International Airport, our hotel offers excellent accessibility for both business and leisure. With 278 well-appointed bedrooms, we ensure a comfortable and stylish stay for all our guests.,

• Running our busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront


• Managing and training the front office team


• Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department


• Ensure all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively


• Support other departments and be part of the Duty Manager Rota


• Operationally be involved with checking guests in and out
  
  The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera PMS systems would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
