We’re looking for a confident and caring Receptionist to join our vibrant team at DRVICTOIRA™ Clinic, one of Edinburgh’s leading destinations for medical aesthetics and skin confidence.

The Role

As the first impression for every client, you’ll be central to how we deliver our premium, personalised care. You’ll manage appointments, support our clinical team, and ensure each client feels informed, comfortable, and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing our front-of-house with charm, professionalism, and discretion
• Booking appointments, updating records, and handling payments using our clinic software
• Coordinating diaries and treatment schedules with accuracy
• Supporting clients throughout their journey, from first call to follow-up
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Helping clients choose skincare products and understand treatment options (training provided)
• Supporting the clinic managing create social media content.

About You:

• 1+ year experience customer-facing in hospitality, beauty, medical, events, airline or cruise industry.
• Tech-savvy and organised, with good phone and email manners
• Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
• Friendly, well-groomed, and always professional
• Genuinely interested in skincare, beauty or wellness
