Front Office Manager

We're on the hunt for a passionate and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead our dynamic Reception and Nights team at The Aberdeen Altens Hotel. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to shape unforgettable experiences for our guests and inspire a team to deliver excellence every day.

You will report into the CLuster General Manager and be responsible for the following;

• Create Unforgettable First Impressions: Ensure our reception area is always welcoming, tidy, and exudes a pleasant atmosphere.


• Delight Our Guests: Go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued, handling compliments and concerns with equal grace.


• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.


• Drive Efficiency: Implement control systems to accurately record revenue and manage expenditures wisely.


• Lead and Inspire: Train, develop, and motivate your team to achieve the highest standards of service.


• Be the Local Expert: Use your knowledge of Aberdeen and our loyal clientele to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
  
  Leadership Experience: You've previously held supervisory or managerial roles.


• Customer-Centric Attitude: Providing excellent customer service is second nature to you.


• Organizational Guru: You excel at juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat.


• Effective Communicator: You're comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
