Fryer / Supervisor

Supervise the counter staff on shift to ensure smooth running of the shift and ensuring all tasks are completed.

Produce a high standard of food for customers in both the café and takeaway.

Deal with any issues that may arise on shift, customer complaints, supplier issues etc.

Feeding any relevant information, issues etc. to management.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, cleaning and maintaining equipment.

Stock management.

Cash handling.

Opening and closing the shop, ensuring all checks are complete for closing securely overnight.

This role requires a confident individual who is comfortable leading a team.

This role requires day, evening and weekend shifts to be undertaken.

Flexibility is required to cover holidays and sickness.
