Fund Oversight Opportunity

Meraki Talent are proud to be working with a UK Wealth Management business who are actively seeking a Fund Oversight professional to join an existing team within Glasgow. 

We are looking to speak to those who have a proven track record in the checking and administration of the Fund Oversight duties. It is imperative that applicants are able to display a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key duties will include;

• Ensuring the initial due diligence on new investment managers and new fund propositions
• Adhering to COLL regulatory requirements
• Monitoring funds and their investment and borrowing powers
• Providing support to resolve technical queries
• Analyse the funds’ performance, liquidity and turnover
• Providing meaningful MI to the wider team
• Positively contribute to process improvement and change initiatives

Applicants should have come from a Financial Services background where you have gained fund administration experience. Additionally, applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of fund operations, including terminology and associated regulations. Applicants should be able to demonstrate COLL regulation exposure and be confident in logging and resolving breaches.
