Full Job Description

  • Support the submission of Government funded contract data through optimal utilisation of Government Funding Portals and the Learning Management System - Maytas by data input of starts, milestones, reviews, core skills, achievers, early leavers, certification and in-line with Government Funding Rules and across national contracts

  • Support with registering qualifications and achievement certification via the IMI portals

  • Support any data or systems related activities necessary for the maintenance of Government funded contracts or national contracts

  • Support compliance by following process and accuracy in all work and data entry

  • Produce reports and KPI's for management information and review

  • Produce and maintain staff guidance documents to support consistency and accuracy of process

  • Encourage a supportive learning environment within the training centre, encouraging positive behaviours from all delegates and staff

  • Liaising and supporting with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance is maintained across all apprentice programmes, this includes completing audits of government funded documentation

  • Support with managing any reporting requirements

  • Attending any relevant team and operational meetings

  • Supporting with day to day requests from the operational team and any other Bosch Automotive Managers and Coordinators

  • Work with training business stakeholders internally as directed, to support and maintain lead training and quality accreditations and maximise funding

  • Any other tasks as required by his/her manager
