Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ganger to lead our on-site teams. As a Ganger, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of site operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Liaise with management, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Ganger or in a similar supervisory role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS) are desirable.
