Our client, a well-established and reputable Civil Engineering Contractor specialising in renewables, infrastructure, and flood protection projects, is actively seeking a dedicated General Foreperson to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects in Ayrshire and Dumfries, with opportunities to contribute across Scotland.

Role Highlights

As the General Foreperson, you will take a hands-on approach to managing site operations, working collaboratively with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality work. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about renewable projects and looking to bring fresh ideas to a forward-thinking team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing operational activities on-site.
• A positive attitude towards learning, collaboration, and contributing to team success.
• Familiarity with keeping site diaries and ensuring adherence to health & safety standards.
• Previous experience working with civil engineering contractors, particularly in renewable energy projects.
• A proven ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
• Willingness to travel to meet the demands of the business.
