General Manager

• All aspects of the business area commercial and financial performance


• Executing operational delivery to agreed plans company standards


• Delivering an exceptional service to our client and customers and positioning Aramark as a strategic partner


• Identifying and executing ideas and projects to improve the client, customer and team experience


• Managing and leading your team of c12 to achieve great results


• Delivering contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to the company's contractual responsibilities and internal quality procedures including all safety requirements, management reporting, development, budget, forecasting and financial control



• Operating at management level or equivalent in education contract catering or high volume hospitality


• Managing a P&L


• Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to manage cross functional relationships in a matrix environment


• Leading a team to success whilst managing and supporting change


• Managing in a result driven environment with proven commercial experience


• Delivering exceptional customer and client service

This is a permanent and full time position based on site full time at the school.

£39,500 doe, company car/ car allowance and bonus

· 40 hours Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
