Full Job Description

Auchtermuchty Health Centre is looking to recruit a GP Partner or Salaried GP with a view to partnership, to join our friendly and supportive team.

As part of our succession planning, we are keen to recruit a GP with an interest in joining a successful partnership, following retirement of our Senior Partner in approximately 12 months. The right person will complement our existing Clinical Care Team, which consists of two GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANPs and a practice employed Pharmacy Technician. You may be newly or recently qualified or have a wealth of experience and knowledge, we are keen to build on your skills and integrate you in to our supportive multi-disciplinary team.
We have additional support from a Mental Health Practitioner, HB ANP, MSK, and Primary Care Pharmacy Team.  We have a well established District Nursing Team on site and the Health Centre accommodates a weekly Midwife service. The Practice is a welcoming and supportive place to work, where regular informal and relaxed clinical discussion is encouraged.

Fostering a healthy work/life balance is paramount, and we actively discourage working beyond contracted hours. We have a friendly and dedicated reception and Administration Team that are very much at the heart of the practice, and a huge support to our Clinical Care Team.
The surgery wants to take on a GP, who is keen to help make a difference to the local patient population.
