Full Job Description

At Aberdeenshire Council, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality public services and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Strategic Finance Team as a Graduate Apprentice Accountant.

As a Graduate Apprentice Accountant, you will embark on a structured training programme designed to develop your skills and knowledge in accounting and finance. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain practice experience while working towards a professional accounting qualification.

The role benefits from a comprehensive training and development programme, mentorship from experienced professionals and opportunity to gain recognised accounting qualifications.

The successful candidate will require to apply directly through Robert Gordon University Graduate Apprenticeship programme to commence from September 2025 and to the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) to have their tuition fees paid.
