Your 2-years will be spent in two different properties in the UK/Ireland, developing your knowledge of hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness and leadership skills.,

• Someone with a love of the operational aspects of hospitality with a love of variety from working in our fast paced Food & Beverage Department to providing first class customer service in our Front Office.
• Have an insight to the exciting world of hospitality and be passionate in delivering an exceptional experience to our Guests.
• Be willing to work and live anywhere in the Uk/Ireland and be prepared to relocate at the end of the first year of the programme
• Have a degree, or in the process of gaining a degree in a Hotel/Leisure/Tourism discipline by September 2025
• Right to Work in the UK/Ireland for the duration of the programme
  
  Overlooking the Royal Mile, this modern hotel in an imposing Victorian building is a 3-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station and a 9-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. Contemporary rooms come with work stations, TVs, minifridges and free WiFi. Some have views over Arthur's Seat. There's a grill restaurant, as well as a chic bar. Other amenities include a fitness room and 7 meeting spaces, including a ballroom with city views and seating for up to 300.
