Full Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Graduate to join our construction team based in Glasgow., As a Marketing and Communications graduate, you will support the delivery of Kier Construction's external marketing and communications strategy which supports new business aspirations, builds employee engagement, brand awareness and safeguards our reputation. Work closely with all members of the Kier Construction marketing and communications team to gain experience and exposure to different businesses and functions within Kier. Your day to day will include:

  • Support in the development and delivery of the Kier Construction comms and marketing strategy.
  • Proactively support the delivery of marketing campaigns and external communications.
  • Create, post and measure the impact of a range of external comms including social media, client email communications, press releases and internal comms.
  • Undertake projects and tasks that will grow your skillset across external communications, marketing, PR and public affairs.

    Practical experience: gain valuable hands-on experience in your field.
  • Skill improvement: develop technical and professional skills.
  • Networking: build professional relationships and expand your network.
  • Career insight: gain insights into your chosen industry and potential career paths.
  • What are we looking for? We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. The role of Marketing and Communications graduate is great for you if:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must hold Full UK Drivers Licence
