- Business Related Fields, Client Servicing Analyst - collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and ensure their success by using the Clearwater platform. You will manage client inquiries & requests as well as deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting. Implementation Analyst - is responsible for aiding the onboarding process for new clients onto the company's SaaS platform and service model. They collaborate with both clients and various Clearwater teams to assess requirements and customise solutions. Reconciliation Analyst - is responsible for comparing investment portfolio data from external sources with an advanced web-based system. Their primary responsibility is to guarantee the prompt and precise delivery of comprehensive portfolio status updates to clients on a daily basis.
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related or analytical field
- Dynamic problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Be naturally curious
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- An intense desire to learn something new and improve on a daily basis
