Full Job Description

Job Opportunity: Graduate/Junior Site Engineer
Location: Fife
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12–18 months

Contract Scotland is working with a civil engineering contractor offering a fantastic freelance opportunity for a Graduate/Junior Site Engineer based in Fife. This is an immediate start role for a duration of 12–18 months, focusing on heavy civils projects. The work will involve setting out for drainage, piles, and ground beams on site.

You will become a key member of the team, collaborating with the engineering department to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you can expect:

  • Immediate start.
  • Guaranteed work for 6 months.
  • Flexible payment options: CIS, PAYE, or Limited Company.
  • £25 to £27 (gross) per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in civil engineering.
  • Experience with Trimble or Leica equipment is essential.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Full UK driving licence.
