Full Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for producing and maintaining traffic simulation and related software covering the entire software development life cycle (from requirements capture to deployment).,

  • Collaborating with other developers to capture requirements and design new features

  • Estimating time to implement features and fix bugs as part of a team of developers

  • Implementing features within agreed time as part of a team of developers

  • Manual testing

  • Writing automated tests

  • Identifying the causes of bugs and fixing them

  • Learning and implementing coding standards and best practices

    Undergraduate degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)

  • Experience with software design (architecture, algorithms)

  • Experience with source code control

  • Knowledge of C++ and C# language and language features

  • Ability to analyse, understand and solve complex problems

  • Able to identify and share important information with the team

  • Understanding of clean code and quality standards
